What are your payment terms and deposit requirements?

Shoot Days: Billed at NET 15 from the date of service for production/filming.

Prep & Post-Production Work: Prep, sourcing, and return/wrap days require upfront deposits prior to beginning work, as labor and logistics are delivered prior to or immediately following the shoot.

Sourcing & Pull Deposits: All showroom pulls and retail sourcing require upfront deposits before items are secured or pulled.

Purchasing Float: Wardrobe purchasing budgets must be cleared and advanced prior to sourcing.

Do you bring on-site alterations & laundering capabilities directly to set?

These services are available on-site and do require the client, brand, or hiring agency to assume full responsibility for any permanent alterations.

Not available on showroom samples, rented garments, or pulled pieces.
